On TikTok, #fetapasta has 1.4 billion views with #mashedpotatoes at 1.1 billion, #ricottatoast clocking 50.3 million views, and #cottagecheeseicecream comes in with 43.2 million views.

These are some of the latest viral recipes that billions of people around the world are viewing, making, reposting and raving about.

Aside from tasting good, being convenient, and easy to make, it’s helpful to know if they’re just “eye candy” in your feed or if your clients might find them beneficial. 

Real California Milk partnered with two registered dietitians, Jordan Mazur, MS, RD, Director of Nutrition for a pro California-based football team, and Jessica Isaacs, RD, CSSD, a Los Angeles-based sports dietitian working with elite athletes, to see what they had to say about how viral recipes might support fitness and wellness goals.
